Autodesk API Documentation in Visual Studio

I've got the ObjectARX SDK Documentation .MSHA files added via Help Viewer, but is there a way to integrate either AutoCAD Help Online, or Civil 3D .NET API Guide (also online) into Visual Studio?

Is there a way to use Visual Studio Help in a mixed mode - use offline help I've added, but go online for anything not found offline?

many thanks (again) for your getting busy with this need of mine
As you see, I'm attending Swamp's NET forum now, so that if something comes out I can read it by myself without boring you anymore (on this subject...)

No worries; We all start somewhere, and while I may be able to answer some questions, I still have much to learn, which as a result, many of my own questions.  :wink:
