Cooperative Fiber Mode Application sample cannot be debugged properly

WTF, you say ?

https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/ViewFeedback.aspx?FeedbackID=95392

long story short.

MS are looking (again) at this known issue which prohibits attaching a bebugger to a running AutoCAD session.

Till then,  we still need to debug apps in AutoCAD by starting AutoCAD from inside Vis' Studio running debug mode.

The article that pointed to this has a reminder " to change the 'Copy To Local' project setting to FALSE if it's TRUE originally. "

I'm pretty sure the person that logged that issue
was Albert Szilvasy from Autodesk.
