Topic: Draw rectangle in MM

I need help with a routine.

I work in MM and I use a lisp routine that allows me to offset lines in MM by entering inches. For instance if I enter .75 inches it will offset 19.05 MM. I would like to draw rectangles in MM's by entering inches. Is there anything like that out there already?
