Has anybody succcessfully installed AutoCAD on a 64 bit system?

I'm not sure about your 2002, but 2005 and all civil apps installed OK and were FAST.  The only problem was the lack of drivers for plotters, etc. for 64 bit windows.  We went down to 32 bit xp pro OS and still found significant performance  improvement with the 64 bit processor.  Thus configured, even r13 is functioning so 2002 should be no problem at all.

I can get it to install till the very end, then it hangs and won't complete.
I'll try installing with fewer options later and see if that works.

I'm having a horrid time tracking down printer drivers though.

Minolta & Xerox both said to check the website (to no avail).  Hopefully they get their x64 drivers online soon.

The only intalls we did were for the 2005 apps . . . the r13 was a restore.  We gave up on drivers for 64 bit as even HP design jet 500 was not available.  We figured if you can't print with it you may as well not bother.  Like I said, the 32 bit XP pro is still quite fast and we can wait until the drivers catch up before trying a 64 bit OS again.
