2008 does a weird zoom on exiting the blocked editor
« on: June 19, 2007, 09:44:59 PM »
Hola,

Since upgrading to 2008, on exiting the block editor in a drawing, CAD does this crazy zoom to the middle of no where.  Which is really annoying!!! :?

Is anyone else experiencing this too & has anyone found a trick to fix?

I haven't seen that happen yet.  Can you post the dwg with the block in it that its doing it to?
Everyone has a photographic memory, Some just don't have film.
They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy Bacon and that's a close second.
Sometimes the question is more important than the answer. (Thanks Kerry for reminding me)

It doesn't just happen in one drawing file or with one block, it happens across the board in our office, for all 8 drafties using 2008.

If I am in a drawing and I zoom extents, then open the block editor, then close it, it zooms to some crazy spot in the middle of nowhere.
I copy the text below from my command line, maybe it has something to do with the "Regenerating model" bit.

Command: be
BEDIT Regenerating model.
Regenerating model.

Command: *Cancel*

Command: *Cancel*

Command: _BCLOSE
