is there a way to attach text ontop of a line. so that when you stretch or move the line, the text will follow? is that a CIVIL 3D thing? if so how can you do it?

I do not have LDD on this machine... only CIVIL 3d:(
the thing of it is... I do not want to explode the block and then group it...
