(Challenge) Data Visualization
« on: January 08, 2010, 07:30:35 AM »
I was reading an article the other day on data visualization, it is an interesting concept. I thought it would be interesting if one could use AutoCAD and AutoLISP (or other language) and come up with a way of displaying a given data set in a unique way.

So your challenge is to take some data set and display it (by creating the entities) in AutoCAD in some unique way.

For some very interesting views take a look at the following web page.
http://www.webdesignerdepot.com/2009/06/50-great-examples-of-data-visualization/

Good luck!

P.S. I'll look for some data sets we can use. If you happen to find a good one please share. :)

Thanks for sharing: I'm starting a new web site and this was very inspirational . . ..
