Dim arrowhead blocks
« on: May 22, 2006, 10:33:08 AM »
I am seeking a way either through a lisp routine or a dialog box to set my leader arrowhead from the traditional arrow to a "dot" style. If I type in Dimblk and then the arrowhead type it will not change....thanks

You need to check the DIMSAH variable.

DIMSAH

Initial value: Off
Controls the display of dimension line arrowhead blocks.

Off   Use arrowhead blocks set by DIMBLK
On   Use arrowhead blocks set by DIMBLK1 and DIMBLK2

'making a long story short, if DIMSAH is "ON", you can change DIMBLK all you want and won't see any changes. Change it to off, and you can set the DOT globally with DIMBLK.
