Dinamic Block - Help

Hi all,
I need some help with my task.
I'd would like to create action for the arrow to rotate around the block.


Anybody can help me, please?

- Replace the arrow with leader
- Start leader from center
- Create wipeout and sebd the leader behind the wipeout

add rotation parameter to the arrow

or

use Visibility state to control what direction arrow(s) one sees.
