Title: Docbar from CadWerx
Post by: Millwork Maker on February 01, 2004, 10:07:14 AM
Morning all.
I just downloaded the freeware app 'Docbar' from Cadwerx. It seems to be a very useful program and will probably use it a lot. I am somewhat confused though. At first run you are supposed to appload CXDocBar16.arx which will configure it for subsequint autoloading. Good idea, however how does one uninstall it?
1) Its not in the startup suite.
2) Its not in any lisp startup file.
3) Its not in the acad.rx file (I actually don't have one)
4) It is all over the registry however.

Would I have to manually delete it from the registry to remove it, or is there something I've missed?

Thanx, Steve

Why do you want to uninstall it? I tried it myself. I found it a little buggy. It seemed to crash autocad a lot, otherwise, if not for that, I'd have it loaded and running.

Yeah, I know. Why would I un-install it? To put it simply, just because it's there. I just wanted to know in case something catastrophic happens with it.
I was just curious. Thanks for the replies.
