Terrain with fractals

I find this code to generate terrain random

And I think that must be interesting to do in AutoCAD, in lisp or c

The fractal code its a rectangular homogeneus rows and colums and z its pseudoramdom but coherence in z,  on the other hand, this code (interesting too) its random position with homogeneus distance between points
