Search for Drawings Containing Specific Block

I thought I (or someone) had posted this question before, but I couldn't find it.

Do any of you know of a way to search through thousands of drawings to see how many / which ones contain a certain block?

The SEARCH feature in Design Center (or Design Centre depending on your locale)?
