Publish and Plot give different results!

Publish and Plot seem to see all the same settings, but Plot prints black (like it should) and Publish prints grayscale.  Help!  I can't figure out what's wrong.

Has anyone else had this problem?  What did you do about it?

What page setup is your publish set to use?  is it the same as when you plot?

I created a new Setup and it works fine.
