if using C3D there is an option to create the profile left to right OR right to left....it's rare but the right to left method is useful sometimes
dview twist the viewports that the profile is showing....below themyou will need to reorient your labels however that should go rather quickly (if that is what the ground is doing?)
activate viewporttype DVIEW @ command lineselect an objectchose TWISTenter 180enter...you should be done...if your label blocks were set to match layout orientation you might not even need to rotate them

Set those label blocks to align to layout..I can't get that change to stick in block editor, so you may need to redefine the blocks and set that property from the beginning....Or re-label
