The circonflex & archisel are about as close as I can get I believe. Those are pretty nice. Would it be possible to get that shape file?

Ok guys, I think I have come across a name for these fonts I have been looking for. The first one is a font named "scribble". The other font was named "glascow". I was talking to an old school guy here and that's what he called them. Anyone else heard of these or have samples?

I'd be more than happy to send them to you but, you don't have an e-mail on your profile.  Drop me a note with your e-mail and I'll send them to you.

Architectual Fonts...they suck!

Why do Architects ALWAYS have to be differant....

I mean why do they use halfassed fonts, custom created fonts whats the point!

I seriously have almosty a Gig of Fonts on my server because of al the differant font files these Arch's use. and font files are small so you can imagine how many I have. NOt to mention SHX files.

Architect need to relize they are not the center of the world!

Sorry for the Vent.

So, would you have the "scribble" or "glascow" font?

<<Why do Architects ALWAYS have to be differant.... >>

A contractor asked me a similar question years ago, and I explained to him that engineers drew the same detail for each project the same way until they found a better solution.  Architects drew the same detail differently for each project, for the hell of it, it's in their genes.  Besides you never know what's behind Door No: 2 until you look. This might not always be the best approach, but it sure is more interesting.  It's sort of like you spelling "differant" in a non-conventional way....it keeps us on our toes.
