from what I''ve read in magazine reviews etc, 2005 is the way 2004 should have been when it was released.
apparently it's the best AutoCAD release since R14.
I wonder if i can get the boss to upgrade me?

At the risk of putting my head above the parapet for someone to shoot at, if the argument that backward compatability hampers forward progress, how is it that the Bentley viewer can open 2002 & 2004. Is it really a marketing ploy by Autodork to make us upgrade?

I just installed 2005. Played around with it for a bit and it looked exactly like 2004. I also noticed the install size was over a gig? What the hell is taking up that much space? They haven't added that many things.....or have they?
