Objecting Tracking All screwy

Any body would know why Objecting Tracking would get all screwy?

I try to enter distances from point and and it places the point off in some weird place.  It works some time and it craps out other times?

I don't know if it makes a difference but I did hook up a second monitor that is an old analogue.

What's your DYNMODE set to? DDE with Object Tracking doesn't work unless it's set to 1.

That fixed it it seems but it I haven't put it thru its paces yet.  I have to exhume a project that has long been buried.
