A new task to find the intersection point of plane and line.
arguments:
p1 p2 - the start and end points of the line
v - vector normal planes (as dxf 210)
vp - point on planes
f - the intersection between the test points or test extends line
Examples:
(test P1 P2 V VP FL) ;=>> point (intersection of lines and planes)
