I woking on a dwg that someone put Walls, Doors, Windows, etc.. on a layer called, (get this), 'NOTES'.Argh!!!!!
Why not Pay someone $10 an hour to do CAD?After all, they teach it in High School. Right?
I don't know that pay scale has any bearing on due diligence and or how applies their knowledge of a particular skill....
