Hi
I have a question about working with regions in 3D. Wonder how other AutoCAD 3D users handle this..
When a solid is being exploded they become regions (i believe that is, in most cases..)
I also noticed when working with imported data from other systems that 3D faces are not very complex but are good to work with to manipolate complex shapes.
Of course, it would be better to work with solids in the first place but i notice that sometimes it is inevitable to work with surfaces/meshes and regions.
The default surfaces autocad creates are not that great to handle.
I am looking for a good workaround to translate regions into 3D faces or meshes that are strechable. If you have any ideas, comments or suggestion, i appreciate it.
