was wondering if you guys have experimented with fields yet in 2005. mark i recall seeing a post about it but can't seem to track it down.

Yep, i use fields to make a plot stamp. it's a whole lot better (IMO) than rtext. I also use fields in my title block for dwg name. it's quite useful.

i am trying to figure out the sheet set manager and how you can cross reference your views. the example block looks like it contains fields so you can link the two. have you checked that out yet mark?

my custom toolbar is wiped out too after installing 2005 even in adt 3.3. looks like that nostromo will come in handy afterall hehehehehe

no, not yet Dan. have you seen Help -> AutoCAD New Feature Workshop. it has some examples.

yeah i watched the tutorials and have been seeing how i can incorporate that into our drawings. you should really check it out it looks pretty nifty will take some getting used to though
