Unreferenced Images

so I am looking at the Image Manager...and there they are....Unreferenced Images....how do I clean out these buggers

I have a lisp I wrote that will do this. If you'd like to try it just let me know.

I beleive you can just detach the reference. The only reason why you won't be able to do this is if they are coming in with a referenced file. If they are coming in this way, open the reference file and detach it there.

If it does give you a hard time detaching, you may have to create a dummy image in it's place so that the file is found and then detach that. But that would be an extreme case of it not behaving.

Doesn't logic tell anyone that if you have an image "manager", that you should be able to select the unreferenced images in the "manager" and just delete them?


Sorry all, this is a DataCAD feature that seems to just make sense.

So what exactly do you mean that the detach function does not come up?
You do have the image manager dialog correct?

if you select the image, do you not have a detach button on the righthand side?

Ok,

so that image file is coming in from one of your reference files.
open the file that is referenced as "0610504"

then if you go to the image manager in that file, you should be able to detach them.
