How to create a Grading Group

Hi, I want to create a grading group so that I can then create the grading and embankment.

I noticed that there is a SettingsCmdCreateGradingGroup class but I can't get it to work.

I am using the .NET API in Civil3d 2023.

Gradings have not been exposed to the .NET, or COM, API.
 The Settings class just allows you to edit the settings used when running the CreateGrading in C3D.
