Borrowed license on my Laptop

I have a borrowed license out of a pool for my Acad 2010. In the weekend my Laptop created a new profile and doesn’t find the acad license anymore. But it must be here somewhere on that Laptop. Does anybody know how that Works?  I don’t want to fly to Amsterdam from Miami just to go on my customer’s network to renew that license.

you need to relog with the windows logginame and retreive the licence on the registry.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FLEXlm License Manager]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FLEXlm License Manager\Borrow]
