Strictly "off the cuff"
I would imagine that the best language would be of the following nature:
Project and all Project team members are required to use best practices for BIM.
As such all design information shall be fully modelled in 3 dimensions (3D) and to scale
with particular attention to given to actual outside dimensions for all fixtures and fittings.
The BIM manager for this project is (Insert Name Here). All BIM models will be subjected to
interference and or clash detection to ensure that no component interferes with any other building component
or system within specified tolerances.

Further within the Building envelope each trade will strive to place their systems, components and fittings within
their proscribed zones. Where various components must enter cross or occupy space within a zone
the following hierarchy will govern when and or if systems are found to be in spatial conflict (clashing)
List order of Control, i.e.
Structural
Architectural
Mechanical
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical
The list above is to establish order of resolution.
