Command line cursor
« on: May 06, 2011, 12:27:21 PM »
I have a text input routine that is a work-around for one of the odd year / even year issues with Autocad -- the TEXT command in 2010 and 2012 accepts left and right arrow keys, but 2011 does not.  Bricscad does not accept the arrow keys.  My routine does an in-place, actual size, correctly justified display on-screen and echos the text to the command line.  I use the pipe symbol (vertical bar) for a cursor.  Works great except for one cosmetic issue.  On the command line you see the pipe symbol cursor that is embedded in the text string and the Autocad cursor at the end of the string.  Does anyone know of a way to suppress or otherwise manipulate the Autocad cursor?
